Think about someone you hold up as a “born leader.” Look beneath the surface – beyond their personality and successes – and you’ll find character. Character is at the core of who we are as human beings. We tend to perceive pretty quickly if someone is of “good” character, but how do we really measure character and its role in a leader’s long-term success? And how does our perception of character influence our willingness to “follow the leader” ? In this workshop we will discuss and explore common attributes of character, what aspects are learned versus what aspects are part of our individual DNA, character’s overall importance in the make-up of leaders, and how these factors play into our individual success as leaders in our organizations and in life.

Cost is $20, but will be waived for all non-profits and CoWork Bristol members.
