Few things are as critical to nonprofit success as establishing a strong and sustainable structure and finding the right staff and volunteers to staff it. However, as many agencies struggle to engage new volunteers and Board members, many are also struggling to develop future leaders and make plans for successful transitions that can ensure the organization is prepared for the future. This workshop will discuss the challenges that nonprofit organizations are facing and help attendees identify and implement best practices that can address current needs and help position the agency to remain viable for the future.
